We guarantee complete satisfaction of your microscope.  Most microscopes, except for special and foreign orders, may be returned for a refund if they do not fully meet your expectations upon arrival. We ship most orders out within twenty-four hours. If you are unsatisfied within the first forty-eight hours upon arrival, simply send the product back in its original packaging for a complete refund of the purchase price, minus shipping charges. All orders returned after the forty-eight hour period require a return authorization number and are subject to a twenty percent restocking fee; we only accept returns during the first thirty days upon delivery. All new microscopes carry the complete manufacturers warranty of five years or more; (excluding electrical which is based on individual manufactures warranty).  All pre-owned and rebuilt microscopes carry a one-year warranty and 30 day electrical. Every microscope purchased via the Internet will include an extended one-year warranty free of charge (electrical not included).

Our in-house full-service repair facility carries parts, bulbs, and objectives for many older makes and models of microscopes. If we do not carry your product, please contact us. On orders out of the United Sates payment must be made pre-paid via a wire transfer, there are no returns or refunds on foreign orders.  All custom fees and service charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
