This revolutionary microscope is actually two microscopes in one that features magnification from 5x to 400x with high quality infinity objectives. It allows for both micro and macro applications with multiple stage positions and can be used indoors or outdoors. The unique design allows for the changing of various stage configurations that includes clear drop in containers for viewing live specimens as well as a fixed stage for viewing cell structure on slides. Focusing is achieved with a rack & pinion coaxial Quick Focus mechanism that facilitates smooth focusing. The Seidentopf binocular style head is fully rotatable and allows for comfortable viewing. Illumination is transmitted (bottom light) and wide beam incident (top) illumination that provides bright white illumination The high capacity rechargeable lithium battery provides 40 hours of operation with over 1,000 battery cycles.
