Monocular Model (A#3023)

This monocular microscope is designed for the serious user. It features an inclined head (45 degrees) that rotates 360 degrees. The eyepiece is 10x widefield with an 18mm field of view, it comes with a pointer. The nosepiece is quadruple with positive click stops for parcentration. Included with this model are four standard DIN achromatic objectives 4x, 10x, 40x and 100x oil immersion which are parfocal, parcentered and color coded. Precise focusing is achieved via a coaxial coarse & fine adjustment mechanism with adjustable tension control. There is a preset focus stop to prevent damage to the objectives and slides. A double plate built in graduated mechanical stage is standard with low coaxial controls. The substage is a precentered two lens N.A. 1.25 Abbe condenser with adjustable rack and pinion, iris diaphragm and swing out filter holder (daylight blue filter is included). Illumination is variable with a 6v 20w halogen light source. The ergonomic stand is sturdy made from alloy aluminum and has an acid resistant finish. The regular price on this microscope is $599.
