View your microscopy images on your computer or TV monitor with this high quality microscope that comes equipped with a camera affixed on its monocular head. The microscope comes with four objectives, 4x,10x, 40x and 100x oil immersion, graduated mechanical stage with Abbe Condenser 1.25 N.A. and built in 20w incadescent light source. There are 3 models to choose from, one that connects to a TV monitor that does video only (located in video section on website), one that connects to a computer via a USB port and one that connects to both a TV monitor and computer individually or simultaneously. The camera is the same on all the models and has 500 lines of resolution and a 1.5 lux rating.
Applied Vision software by Ken-A-Vision is included with digital model. The software will allow you to capture images in an instant or record a movie with the touch of a button. The software offers full screen imaging, video and image editing, video streaming, instant e mail images, measuring time lapse sequences and pin pointing of specific areas. Files can be saved in various popular formats. It is also designed to work with most other software programs. Recommended software requirements, Pentium II 433mhz or greater, Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 - 128 mb of RAM, 8 mb video, (24 bit color). The microscope and camera come with a five year warranty. This product is recommended for educational use and the hobbyist and is MAC compatible.
