Binocular Dovetail Model A#3061 (A#3061)

This stereo zoom microscope incorporates all the quality that you would find in a similar instrument costing hundreds more. It features a 5:1 zoom ratio with a variable magnification range of 7x - 35x. The working distance is 80mm. The side mounted zoom controls are parfocal that enables continuous changing of the magnification without refocusing. The high eye point WF 10x eyepieces have a large field of view (20mm) and come with eye guards. The adjustable interpupilliary distance is from 55mm to 75mm for precise focusing between both eyes. The head is inclined 45 degrees for maximum working convenience in both the binocular and trinocular models. The lighting system is variable with reflected light (6v 15w halogen dichrohic reflector bulb) from the top and cool white fluorescent transmitted light from below. The fluorescent is specially designed to keep the stage temperature cool. Dual-purpose illuminators can be switched on simultaneously or independently. A three wire line cord is provided for maximum safety. A frosted glass stage plate in base provides evenly diffused illumination. A black & white contrast plate is also included.
