A3065 Binocular Dovetail Model (A3065 )

This stereo zoom microscope features a superior quality optical system found in microscopes costing hundreds of dollars more. It features a zoom ratio of 7:1 with a wide magnification range of 6.5x - 45x. The side mounted zoom controls are precise for continuous changing of the magnifications without refocusing. High point eyepieces of 10x are standard & offer a large field of view (21mm)& come complete with eye guards. Both the binocular and trinocular heads are inclined with 45 degrees for maximum working convenience and the head rotates 360 degrees. There is a large working distance of 95mm. The adjustable interpupilliary distance is from 55mm to 75mm for precise focusing between both eyes. The lighting system is variable with reflected light (6v 15w halogen dichrohic reflector bulb) from the top and cool white fluorescent transmitted light from below. The fluorescent is specially designed to keep the stage temperature cool. Dual-purpose illuminators can be switched on simultaneously or independently. A three wire line cord is provided for maximum safety. A frosted glass stage plate in base provides evenly diffused illumination. A black & white contrast plate is also included. The finish is chemical & scratch resistant. Additional eyepieces, supplemental lenses and stands are available. This microscope is ideal for industrial, medical or forensic viewing where critical viewing is essential.
